We have reason to believe that one of our terminated distributors is seeking selling counterfeit Evercrete DPS whilst using our Evercrete mark. Evercrete Corporation USA hereby clarifies that Beijing Evercrete Xinda Building Materials Technology Co., Ltd is no longer an authorized distributor and was terminated on 15 April 2007. They are no longer legally allowed to sell or promote Evercrete branded products in P. R. China or anywhere else in the world.
"Evercrete with Eagle" branded product sold by Beijing Evercrete Xinda Building Materials Technology Co., Ltd., should be considered counterfeit and Evercrete Corporation USA cannot provide any guarantee or warranty with regards to its performance, origin or quality.
