Evercrete Corporation USA hereby clarifies that Shanghai Creation-net Building Material Co., Ltd. is no longer an authorized distributor and was terminated on 16 February 2009. They are no longer legally allowed to sell or promote Evercrete branded products in P. R. China or anywhere else in the world. .
“Evercrete with Eagle” branded product sold by Shanghai Creation-net Building Material Co., Ltd., should be considered counterfiet and Evercrete Corporation USA cannot provide any guarantee or warranty with regards to its performance, origin or quality.
