This penetrating product is used as a water repellent for cemetitious or natural stone surfaces. It can also be applied to cementitious surfaces already sealed with DPS and on pre-cast concrete such as cladding and paving, sandstone or other natural building materials. Top Seal will not affect or change the colour or texture of the treated surface. Top Seal can be easily applied to plain concrete surfaces and stonework in order to waterproof the surface and prevent staining and water marks. It can also be applied over a painted surface to enhance the durability of the paint coat and prevent chalking. Approved and used by Disneyland Hong Kong, Hong Kong Housing Authority, Architectural Services Department, Swire Properties, KCRC, Hong Kong Land and the Highways Department, and also by many small and medium sized contractors for concrete and stone surface protection. |
